What does this PR do?

Update dd-trace version to 2.25.1

Motivation

The new version fixes the following issues:

• dd-trace-js doesn’t flush unfinished traces (PR: fix: Publish request finish on close or finish, but only once for a r… dd-trace-js#2625)
