Use Python 3 in virtual environment

Current gunicorn require Python 3

@engelke Is this sample designed to only run for Python 3? One package is unavailable in 2.7:

Yes, it's for Python 3 only. It's intended to run on the Compute Engine instance, and the server process (gunicorn) no longer supports Python 2.
