these all say The Kubernetes Authors, they should say Google, Inc. instead.

also, do you need to check in boilerplate.py and all the boilerplate txt files? seems like we really only need to put the headers on the existing files and be done with it.

I changed the license to use Google, Inc. boilerplate.py and all the associated files are used to run a test in test.sh that makes sure that any files that are added to the repo have the the boilerplate.
