feat(DirectLink): implement the BGP MD5 changes for Direct Link gateway

1. Provide an option to add the Key protect or HPCS instance while creating a direct link gateway using authentication_key
2. Provide an option to clear/update the Key protect or HPCS instance while updating the direct link gateway using authentication_key
3. Add integration tests for BGP MD5 functionality
