Suggest asdf-lua-language-server as an installation method for ASDF/RTX users

Hi,

I created an ASDF plugin for lua-language-server: https://github.com/bellini666/asdf-lua-language-server

It can be used by both asdf and rtx

Would it be possible to list it as an installation method in the README/Uncyclo?

@sumneko do you have a preference on where this could be added? Should I add a "community-maintained install methods" section to the README? Uncyclo?

I think we can add it in wiki, and add a link in README.
We can also merge install methods with configs for each platform.
