Updated the Xcode project, CocoaPods podspec, and readme for v0.5.0.
Upgraded MapboxDirections.swift to v0.12.0 to avoid a conflict in the Mapbox Navigation SDK’s own dependencies that causes CocoaPods to error out and Carthage to grind to a halt (Carthage/Carthage#2195).
