Upgrade UI5 Web Components version

1. bump the version in package.json
2. delete node_modules folder and run yarn to install the new versions
3. run npx nx run-many --target=sync --all
4. run npx nx run-many --target=test --all 4.1. (optional) run npx nx run-many -u --target=test --all and repeat step 4.
5. create a new branch and commit the changes
6. open a PR
