Tagging Convention

In order to prevent pushing up to existing tags and breaking existing functionality, a tagging convention has been created for the Docker repositories. The formula is as such:

<Major>.<Minor>.<Patch>-<Chemical Element in Alphabetical order>

Notes:

• The .. bit matches the Selenium versions that will be downloaded.
• I pull the chemical elements from http://lenntech.com/periodic/name/alphabetic.htm.
