Spectral sensing!

Thanks to @deanm1278 for making this driver for the awesome color spectrum sensor, the AS726x.

To use in CircuitPython, download the zip file that matches your version of CircuitPython, unzip it, and copy adafruit_as72x.py to the lib folder on the CIRCUITPY drive. Or, simply install the Adafruit CircuitPython bundle.
