Add Automatic-Module-Name manifest entry

Description

• Add Automatic-Module-Name manifest entry
• Fix additional Generated annotation imports
• Add javax.annotation.Generated to illegal import checkstyle rule
• Rename protocol directories to match with their artifactId. eg: aws-query -> aws-query-protocol
