fix: make repack_model only removes py file when new entry_point provided

Currently in the utils.repack_model function, this line will remove all files in model_dir/code, which may contain requirements.txt. In the documentation, however, we instruct customer to put requirements.txt into the model tarbal (https://sagemaker.readthedocs.io/en/stable/using_pytorch.html#using-third-party-libraries), which then will be removed if a new entry_point is provided:
