Description of changes:
I realize this PR might not be the most convincing change in favor of these generated version fixtures, but TF is the only framework where we have different supported versions between training and inference. I couldn't figure out how to get a fixture's value with
metafunc, so I don't know if there's a way to generate the Python version fixtures unfortunately.Testing done:
