feature: deference symbolic link when create tar file of source and dependencies

Dereference all symbolic link when packing source code and dependencies. Symbolic link will unlikely have any meaning once deployed in the Docker instance.

Description of changes:
Set dereference to True when creating the tar file

Testing done:
Tested with my environment. Did not do any unit test.
