feat: Add check for if TrialComponent is already associated with a Trial in Run

Description of changes:
If using load_run or in other cases it would be the case that a TrialComponent is already associated with a Trial, so we dont need to Don't Call AssociateTrialComponent in Run init method

self._trial.add_trial_component(self._trial_component)

We can avoid costly calls to this method by first checking to see if the TrialComponent is already a child of the Trial.
