docs: replace recorded gif with animated svg (#473)

### Summary

This reduces the file size, makes the recording sharp as well as makes
the page look better in dark mode.

The recording is done using https://asciinema.org/ and converted to svg
with https://github.com/marionebl/svg-term-cli
