Add support for SSE

Is it possible to add support for SSE transport? FastMCP supports SSE.

I have multiple databases and would like to use docker compose to spin up the containers.
Currently Windsurf will create a new instance for each instance of it I have open.
So by using docker compose, I will only have 1 instance per database.
