Feature Request - Code Folding - Unable to fold all

Using PHP editor you can fold all code using Ctrl+ Shift + (numpad) /, and it used to be in the menu (looks like it's gone in 2020-06 release)

Please add a way to fold all JS code

I do not have a bugzilla account, but the issue for this repo is: I don't see any way to apply a fold all to a file.

@nickfleming I highly suggest making an Eclipse bugzilla account. Your feedback on the fix will likely be needed to ensure it’s workflow is good, you’ll get notified when progress is made etc.

It takes no longer than 5 minutes and is very easy to setup a bugzilla account for Eclipse
