We were organizing into APIs and files, but we can just run a flat array of test files.

Broadened a few of the ways the test runner is parsing YAML tests to ensure compatibility as tests are added.
Also flattening the test hierarchy: one test suite per file, no organization of suites within a single API. Just makes it easier to flex to an evolving file structure.
