[firebase_dynamic_links] add flutter web support

Hello,

Why firebase_dynamic_links is only for Android and Apple apps. Why not supporting Web app ?

I got the use case, from Flutter Web App I whent to generate a dynamic link to my Android and Apple apps. I find some guys using the GoogleApis request, but it's pretty complicate to implement.

Is it possible to implemente the function buildLink and buildShortLink for Web App ?
