just noticed that SvelteKit wasn't mentioned yet in the usual places.
Also did some additional rewording in the repo readme

I figured "SDK with integration for enabled" sounds a little outdated as most of our framework sdks are more than just an integration.
Can revert this though if reviewers think we should keep this wording
