feat(retail): update the api
#### retail:v2 The following keys were deleted: - schemas.GoogleCloudRetailV2LocalInventory.properties.availability.type (Total Keys: 1) #### retail:v2alpha The following keys were deleted: - schemas.GoogleCloudRetailV2alphaConversationalSearchResponse.properties.rephrasedQuery (Total Keys: 2) #### retail:v2beta The following keys were deleted: - schemas.GoogleCloudRetailV2betaLocalInventory.properties.availability.type (Total Keys: 1)
