feat(logging): update the api
#### logging:v2 The following keys were added: - schemas.ListLogEntriesRequest.properties.projectIds.deprecated (Total Keys: 1) - schemas.LogEntry.properties.metadata.deprecated (Total Keys: 1) - schemas.LogMetric.properties.version.deprecated (Total Keys: 1) - schemas.LogSink.properties.outputVersionFormat.deprecated (Total Keys: 1) - schemas.MetricDescriptorMetadata.properties.launchStage.deprecated (Total Keys: 1)
