object detection under adverse weather conditions

I need help my project is object detection under adverse weather conditions... I want to (add a feature extraction layer in) swin transformer but want to the exact position where can i add this layer in swin transformer block, with which conv network should I combine ST, and when i add this layer how the complete model will work please guide about it thank you
