We need to integrate the configuration that all the modules will use.
We will get there by moving as much as possible to Haskell source files and from the other side going from DHall configuration files - meeting in the middle, where we will have actual configuration and not constants (yes, there is a difference - constants don't change, the configuration is changed often).

After that, we need to integrate the existing code and check with other teams to see if we are on the right path.
