[SYCL] Expand coverage of 2D USM tests (#1597)

This commit extends the current testing for 2D USM memory operations
to also check for different combinations of pointer types and non-USM
pointers.

Since there are more test cases, this commit also reduces the sizes of
the operations to avoid dramatic increases in execution time.
