    Ownership - @relequestual This milestone is proposed by the [patch release process community discussion](https://github.com/json-schema-org/community/discussions/7). We didn't receive any strong objections so we will aim to deliver this process. PRs for this milestone should target `master`. By default the due date is the expiration of the previous draft, but that date should not be taken too seriously unless ratified by the core team.   • draft-08-patch1 (draft 2020-12)

    As we get feedback on `2019-09`, we should do a bugfix draft that ideally has no new behaviour (like we did for `draft-07`). ~~There's no specific due date for this, just "soonish, once we've gotten enough feedback to be worth doing."~~ This draft has turned into a minimal set of changes to support OAS 3.1 release!

  • draft-08 (2019-09)

    Note: this was released as "draft 2019-09". This theme of draft-08 is re-use and modularity. General topics include: * How are multiple vocabularies used together * JSON Schema use within other JSON documents * What is `$ref` and how does it work (there are at least three competing views on this) * How should the desire to fail validation on unexpected properties be implemented, if it should be implemented at all? While the prior drafts recently expired, work is active and new drafts are expected before the end of ~the year~ January (never try to get anything done during the holidays).
