Support for binary resources in mcp_agent: fetching and presenting server-generated files

Hello!
The MCP protocol supports resources in both text and binary formats for server-to-client transfer. In my local MCP server I’ve implemented a resource that returns binary file data (bytes).

• Does mcp_agent provide a built-in way to fetch such binary resources, correctly interpret them, and present them to the end user?
• If not, what is the recommended pattern for integrating resource retrieval into an mcp_agent-based client?
