The debugging not working with the VSIX package generated from source

These are the steps to build the source in vsix format

• cd vscode-cpptools/Extension
• yarn install
• yarn add vsce --save-dev
• yarn vsce package

when installed vscode-cpptools from https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/_apis/public/gallery/publishers/ms-vscode/vsextensions/cpptools/1.15.0/vspackage?targetPlatform=linux-arm64, able to debug properly

But package generated from the source doesn't work. Let me know if anything missed.

Please share if any specific steps available to build for ARM package.
