Weird entries generated when clicking stack traces

Not sure if it' s a bug of the extension or my program. It' s weird that the stack top isn' t called by anything below that at all through the code path. Sorry the code couldn' t be shared. Any ideas?

It seems to only happen when there' s something that cause segfault in Watch variables.
