Duplicate "Run" or "Debug" buttons appear simultaneously

OS Version: Win 11
As shown in the image, two instances of the "Run or Debug" button appear each time they are clicked, with no option to close them. The duplicate buttons only disappear when switching windows, but reappear upon clicking again‌.

@cocohot Are those coming from 2 different extensions? If not, can you file a bug with VS Code itself? I don't believe our extension can cause that.

Hello, both the C/C++ and Python extensions have this issue. I have already reported it to VS Code, and their conclusion is that it's an extension issue. Whether I reinstall the extensions or completely uninstall and reinstall VS Code, the problem persists.
