Deprecation of the extension

The Device Simulator Express extension is no longer maintained and thus has been unpublished/delisted from the VS Code Marketplace.

Previously, the extension was created and maintained by interns participating in the Garage program in Vancouver, Canada. Unfortunately, since the COVID-19 pandemic began we have not been able to have any interns maintain the extension. As such, to minimize security risks, we have made the tough decision to place this repository into a read-only state and unpublish the extension.

Forks of this extension and publications of new versions are welcome and encouraged!
