* ref needs to be on one line

* ref fix attmempt

* Trying to fix link by referring directly to step ref

* try adding an explicit ref tag

* Update link per feedback on  possible fix

* Slight mod to JWs suggested fix: add .html at end of parent page, followed by hashtag and the name of the page subsection to jump to

* Remove one directory jump

* Add html back

* Remove useless ref label
