CXX-3097 update sitemaps and patch mongocxx-3.11.0 pages with redirects (#1239)

* Add sitemap_index.xml
* Tidy up root sitemap.xml and deprecated pages
* Add sitemap.xml for /current and /mongocxx-3.11.0
* Patch mongocxx-3.11.0 with /current redirects
* Tweak indentation level for redirect content
* Avoid leaking local directory information in Doxygen pages
