Added usage and examples to the Readme for all the basic collection methods.

Also, fixed a bug with using sort values from the REPL (since Array
isn't the same constructor on the REPL and the library).

Also, since I couldn't find a website that lets you test rdocs, I've
converted the readme to the markdown format.
