[bug] Setting a custom font as default does not apply the font

Summary:
After setting a custom font as the default, the web interface does not reflect the change. No font is updated, and the custom font is not applied as expected.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a custom font to the system using the font panel.
2. Set the newly added custom font as the default font.

Actual result:
No font changes occur on the web interface; the custom font is not applied as the default.

Expected result:
The custom font should be applied across the project or wherever the default font is used.
