[bug] Cannot create color group after entering input and pressing Enter

Summary:
After creating new color group by entering a value and pressing Enter does not work. The issue is resolved after refreshing the page (F5), suggesting a UI state or memory issue.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the Brand Colors
2. Enter valid name for the group color
3. Press Enter to confirm.

Actual result:
The color group is not created and no feedback is given.

Expected result:
The new color group should be created successfully after pressing Enter.
