[bug] "Add to AI" does not apply changes to the selected element

Summary:
When using the "Add to AI" feature to modify a selected element (e.g., changing text), the AI either makes no change or affects the entire project instead of the targeted element.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select an element on the canvas (e.g., a text element).
2. Click "Add to AI".
3. Enter a prompt such as "Change the text".
4. Observe the response or change applied.

Actual result:
The AI does not update the selected element.
Sometimes, it applies the change broadly to the entire project or does nothing at all.
