Summary:
Using the Cut command on an element triggers an error message and fails to remove the element as expected.

Steps to reproduce:

Select an element on the canvas.
Right-click the element and choose Cut, or use the Cut keyboard shortcut.

Actual result:
An error message "Cannot delete element" appears.
The element is not removed or copied.

Expected result:
The selected element should be cut successfully: removed from the canvas and copied to the clipboard, without any error message.
