fix: Update to latest sdk version

• Packages of SDK seems to have changed lately, so the template sample
  has been updated
• Some minor documentation update

Please note, that the README mentions that a "memcached" namespace should have been created, but this is not the case for me. The operator is running simply in the current (default) namespace. Not sure whether I did something wrong or whether the documentation is wrong at that point.

Otherwise everything went smoothely, thanks for this nice example.

Sorry for letting this sit for so long. We haven't been actively monitoring PRs and issues on this guide. We'll need to rethink about how to better keep maintain this guide and keep it in sync with the sdk repo docs.
