PM / Freezer / Docs: Update documentation about freezing of tasks
The file Documentation/power/freezing-of-tasks.txt was still referencing the TIF_FREEZE flag, that was removed by the commit d88e4cb(freezer: remove now unused TIF_FREEZE).
