Normalizing Script Names and Input Parameters

We've recently completed the first round of changes to our scripts and their input parameters to make the naming more consistent and clear.

Because of these changes, if you had pre-existing scripts or generated YAML files for the operator or domains you will need to regenerate those files.

Soon, we'll announce details of the second round of this work... updating the names of generated Kubernetes resources, such as Jobs, Pods, Config Maps, etc.
