This integrates the parse-server-test repo mentioned in CONTRIBUTING as an npm based dev dependency. The idea being that this should further simplify the testing process for any contributors, existing and new.
I also took the liberty of updating the CONTRIBUTING file for instructions on how to setup the test server. Which is the standard npm install/start approach. For those that need a more customized testing environment I left instructions on how to setup their own testable parse-server instance, either from scratch or by using the aforementioned repo.
