The library is ready for the VS1003

Everything is working perfectly now on VS1003 devices:

• Output of decoded audio
• Reading of pcm data from microphone / aux input
• Methods to manage volume, treble, bass, earphones
• Support for real time MIDI
• Flexible SPI Design
• Functioinality implemented in arduino_vs1053 namespace
• Supports Arduino
• Supports PlatformIO
• Supports cmake

Unfortunately I do not have any VS1053, so the following might not work yet:

• Reading of PCM data from microphone / aux input
• Support for real time MIDI
