The latest stable version of Ruby is 2.3.1 – it looks like the [`travis.yml` file](https://github.com/rspec/rspec-dev/blob/master/travis/.travis.yml) is already set up to build against it. I wasn't sure if there was a particular reason this document uses version 1.9.3 or if it just went stale. The last version update in the doc seems to have been in 2012 (see rspec@b00159c). Thanks!
