Netbeans as a jruby_art ide

Possibly the perfect solution for windows users, no need for a separate ruby/jruby:-

Install netbeans
Download and install ruby-plugin
Download the jruby_art.gem (and do a local install)
Get the samples

All bets off not working since we reverted to ruby-processing architecture...........
