…eerDependencies` This is not just a `js-app`, so this config name is a bit misleading
It would be useful to keep e.g. the `frontend.Dockerfile` up-to-date using this
This wasn't working before, because the `pinAllExceptPeerDependencies` config overwrote it. By moving it into `packageRules` we can give it priority.
