This PR converts the files in the
mirage/fixturesfolder to actualember-cli-miragefixtures. It also properly implements most of the backend routes in themirage/config.jsfile and prepares us for using mirage factories instead of these fixtures.see http://www.ember-cli-mirage.com/docs/v0.3.x/fixtures/
