Update pulp.yml for Zed release

Removed references to distributions/releases that are no longer
supported (CentOS 8 Stream, Rocky Linux 8, and Ubuntu Focal 20.04).

Added OpenSearch and OpenSearch Dashboards for Rocky Linux 9
