[lldb] Change GetSwiftASTContext call to take exe_scope in GetByteStride

GetSwiftASTContext now has a symbol context parameter, change the call
site in GetByteStride to call one of GetSwiftASTContext's helper
functions (GetSwiftASTContextFromExecutionScope)
