[clang][CAS] Update raw pgo profile for CAS test

The version for raw instrumentation profiles has been changed from 8 to
9 in f95b2f1. Since llvm-profdata is
built for a specific raw profile version the raw pgo profile used in the
Clang.CAS.pgo-profile.c test needs to be updated.
